We do not collect special categories of personal data (sensitive data) through this website.

Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form or by direct communication.
  • Managing enrolment in the 120-hour training programme and administering the participant's participation.
  • Issuing certificates of completion for participants who complete the programme.
  • Maintaining records required by applicable educational accreditation obligations.
  • Improving the website's functionality and user experience through anonymised analytics.
  • Complying with legal obligations applicable to the centre's activities.

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and in any case in accordance with applicable legal retention obligations:

  • Contact form enquiries: up to 1 year from the date of the enquiry, unless enrolment follows.
  • Participant records: for the duration of the programme and for 5 years thereafter, in accordance with obligations applicable to accredited educational activities.
  • Accounting and billing records: 6 years in accordance with the Código de Comercio.
  • Cookie data: as specified in the Cookie Policy.
